All too often the necessity for visual media in technical documentation is devalued, overlooked, and regarded as an "add-on" to the potential success of a project. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

At Spark Design Group it is our goal to change this misperception.

With the advent of desktop computers, and an increase in outsourcing, the whole of document production and training has changed.

In some ways these changes have been positive. Software development and technological advancements have increased efficiency, allowing for smaller staff sizes and increased work production. Conversely, quality has been compromised. The ineffective use of visual mediums speaks clearly to the knowledge and experience many who produce this work lack. Spark intends to change our industry for the better. We have built an extraordinary and reliable base of knowledge, experience, and talent in a group of full-time, permanent employees. We believe in sensible, cost-effective solutions and in the longevity of our relationships with our Clients. From such values we are able to ensure an ongoing familiarity with our Clients, their processes and our ability to meet their needs. We have a vested interest in what we do - and an invested knowledge in the successful merging of visual media with technical documentation.
