Computer Based Training

Spark Design Group is the ideal partner for groups that produce CBT (computer based training). Spark has specifically chosen to produce "only" the graphics required for CBT projects (sample graphics are available in the portfolio section). Offering a complete CBT service would require Spark to be competitive with key segments of our market. That is not our goal. Spark's goal is to provide the highest quality graphics possible, at a reasonable price, to documentation / writing groups inside of, or outside of, a company.

It is extremely important to note that the production of documentation graphics should only be entrusted to an experienced group, one that specializes in them. It is common that CBT projects are outsourced, to a group specializing in writing or some other expertise, where the illustration / animation / multimedia content is further outsourced to freelancers or temporary staff. It is a mistake to think that quality will not become a casualty of this arrangement. In a day of multilingual documents, an emphasis on competent graphics is essential for the successful transfer of knowledge to end user.
