Client: Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, a Johnson & Johnson Company
The animations shown here are the result of a three year
project developing documentation graphics totaling 2,000
pieces of 2D line art and 100 multimedia 2D animations.
The approach to development utilizes OCD's engineering assets
as input. The engineering files are collected via FTP (Web
based file transfer) and are opened using Spark's own CAD
software. The files are then prepared for further development
in animation software, in this case Macromedia Flash. The
process for development is originated by Spark. The completed
2D animation can only be viewed from a single angle but
is designed for high-volume production and cost effectiveness.
These 2D animations can be utilized in numerous applications,
such as: Interactive Demo CD's, Web sites, sales presentations,
etc. Spark generates hundreds of these animations annually,
for clients all around the world. The product is a large
high-volume fluid analyzer used within the health care industry.
